Conveniently located by the beach with clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly host made us feel welcome. Private beach area for guests across the road. Peaceful and relaxing with beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay again.

Located just across the road from the breathtaking beach, this accommodation offers guests unparalleled views of the sea and the beach. You can unwind just of the beach on the grass or take a leisurely walk along the sandy beach. The staff here are fantastic and ensure that you enjoy your stay in every way possible.

There were some noise disturbances during the night that affected the sleep quality of some guests. Though it could be useful if the management take note of these complaints and provide some earplugs as a remedy to this problem.

This hotel is the perfect spot for a beach holiday with its ideal location right opposite the gorgeous Ohope beach. The rooms are excellent with facilities like a sea view and a full clean, which we did not expect. The friendly staff and tasty breakfast add further value to the experience.

I always stay at a beach motel in Ohope. They let me stay late when I asked. The motel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, outdoor dining, and laundry. I'm coming back for Christmas.

I recently stayed at a lovely motel near the beach that had a simple, yet charming feel to it. The unit I stayed in had a basic kitchen and offered a beautiful view of the beach. Although it got a little hot at night, the refreshing sea breeze coming through the open windows made up for it. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any needs. They even promptly replaced the gas for the BBQ with a smile. I also appreciated the private beach area exclusive for motel guests, just a short walk across the road. I would definitely recommend this motel for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

This place was perfect for my business trip! The location was spot on, with easy access to the beach and cafes nearby. The room was incredibly clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette with all the essentials and a comfortable bed with awesome water pressure for the shower.

The only negative thing I experienced was a lack of privacy. The bedroom window was too close to the neighbour's deck, which made me feel uncomfortable, and it was the same on our side, where we could see straight into the neighbour's room.

This hotel is a gem! the location is unbeatable - right across the road from the beach. We could step out of our room and instantly enjoy the stunning ocean views. Secondly, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even cleaning our room after the first night. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a beautiful sea view. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast options as well.

This hotel was perfectly located close to the beach! I loved that I could just cross the street and have a private sitting area near the shore. The facilities were clean and parking was easy to access. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located just steps away from the beach with stunning views and friendly staff. Affordable prices and clean facilities were also a plus. The bathroom may have been a bit outdated but still functioned well. Loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore.

The room layout was less than desirable with lack of privacy and cramped quarters. The TV was also a bit small and the storage space was inadequate for our needs.

We had a great stay at Beach Motel. Our dog was welcome and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The cabins were clean and had all the facilities we needed for our one-night stay. We loved the fire pit across the road with logs, tables, and chairs, as well as the boogie boards and BBQ available for use. The outdoor shower was a nice touch too. it was a great value for money and we enjoyed the neat presentation of the motel.
